Products (for 9 servings)

White bread (like baguette) - 150 g
Dry-cured sausage (sliced) - 80 g
Cucumber (large) - 1 pc.
Tomatoes (small) - 2-3 pcs.
Hard or toast cheese - 50 g
Pitted olives - 10 pcs.

  1. Bread cut into slices with a thickness of 1 centimeter.
  2. Put the bread in a baking dish and dry it to a state of croutons.
  3. Cut the olives in half, rub the cucumber on a special grater, or cut into thin slices with a vegetable peeler.
  4. Tomatoes cut into slices.
  5. Cut the cheese into thin slices or cut a circle out of it with a glass, the same diameter as the bread.
  6. Take out the croutons of their oven, cool. Put a slice of cheese on the canapes toasts. (If you are not afraid of extra calories, you can grease the toast with a drop of mayonnaise.)
  7. Put a circle of tomato on the cheese.
  8. Put a half of olive on a skewer.
  9. Next you need to strung a slice of cucumber in the form of a wave on a skewer.
  10. After the cucumber, chop a sausage on a canapé skewer.

Cucumber Rolls

Cucumber rolls are a juicy and tasty dish of instant cooking! If you have fresh cucumbers and soft cheese in the kitchen, then you are not afraid of the unexpected arrival of guests.

Products (for 3 servings)

Cucumbers - 3 pcs.
Soft cheese (or cottage cheese) - 150 g
Capers - 50 g
Olives - 50 g
Fresh dill - 4-5 sprigs
Green onions - 2 stalks
Sour cream (or mayonnaise) - 30 ml
Salt - 2 pinches

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients for the rolls of cucumbers. Rinse cucumbers, green onions, dill sprigs in water.
  2. How to make cucumber rolls with soft cheese:
  3. Cut off the tails of cucumbers and cut the cucumbers with a vegetable peeler into slices. You can use both long cucumber and small cucumbers.
  4. Soft cheese (feta, mozzarella, suluguni, ricotta) or cottage cheese grind in a small container. This can be done with a fork (for crumbly cheeses) or grate soft cheese on a coarse grater. Grind the green onions and dill, add to the cheese.

  7. Use your hands to form small balls of filling and place them on cucumber ribbons.
  8. Twist the ribbons of the cucumber into the rolls, forming rolls, and fasten them with toothpicks. Put on a dish and serve. If desired, the rolls of cucumbers can be cooled for about 20-30 minutes.

Lavash Snack

In general, pita bread is an elegant base in which you can wrap up anything you want, and in just a few minutes you can get a roll of pita bread, which can be a tasty snack. Filling - this is how much fantasy is enough. I offer the easiest option - with crab sticks and cheese.


Pita thin - 2 pcs.
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Crab sticks - 200 g
Russian cheese - 100 g
Processed cheese - 200 g
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Greens (parsley, dill, green onions)
Ground black pepper

  1. Boil eggs. Grate cheese and eggs on a coarse grater. Grate the garlic. Finely chop greens and crab sticks. Mix and season with mayonnaise.
  2. On the table lay out one of the layers of pita. Carefully lubricate its entire surface with half the filling.
  3. Next, lay the second sheet of pita.
  4. And coat the second half of the filling.
  5. Now pita bread neatly rolled into a roll.
  6. You can wrap it with cling film or foil.
  7. Remove the snack in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Before serving, cut into slices 3-4 cm thick.
